Here is a short list and examples of the applications we've developed using PHP:

• 48 question Questionnaire - The whole site contains an amazing amount of code that we've produced over the last year. This questionnaire was the first project we started with Carolyn's The DNA Diet. The results for this report are not submitted to a MySQL database and the subpages calculate the results and display them in a member's site. The member's site contains our most advanced development.

Estimate Application - Here is an estimate program that was written to provide quotes to companies.

We have written a robust members site section that pulls information from and writes information to windows SQL database. The main office accesses this information through GoldMine.

Multiple web contact forms that not only upload files to a hidden directory but also verifys the information entered onto the page.

Page that reviews information placed into a SQL Database and based on the results will send information to cell phones.
